What is Carnosine?

Naturally occurring dipeptide (beta-alanyl-L-histidine) concentrated in skeletal muscle, heart, and brain tissue. Potently inhibits Amadori rearrangement and cross-linking reactions to prevent advanced glycation end-product (AGE) formation, protecting collagen, elastin, and brain proteins from glycotoxic damage. Functions as a tissue pH buffer to reduce lactate acidosis during intense exercise, scavenges hydroxyl radicals and chelates transition metals to reduce oxidative stress, and protects mitochondrial function in neurons and myocytes.

How to Use Carnosine

Take orally daily or inject SubQ. Oral bioavailability is moderate due to carnosinase. Can split into 2 doses. No cycling needed.
