What is GHK (Free Base)?

Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine tripeptide that binds endogenous copper in vivo to form bioactive GHK-Cu. Activates TGF-beta signaling in dermal fibroblasts and osteoblasts to upregulate collagen I/III, elastin, and hyaluronic acid synthesis. Increases expression of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, catalase, glutathione peroxidase) and growth factors (VEGF, FGF, HGF). Activates Wnt/beta-catenin signaling in mesenchymal stem cells, promoting tissue regeneration and resetting gene expression patterns toward a younger state.

How to Use GHK (Free Base)

Inject SubQ daily or apply topically. Unlike GHK-Cu, this form binds copper in the body. Can be used alongside copper supplements.
